All families seeking a quality Catholic educations for students in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade.

TK - Must be 4 by September 1st
K - Must be 5 by September 1st

How To Apply

Return an application with the following:

$50 Application Fee (per student)
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if baptized)
Communion Certificate (if applicable)
Home Language Survey
Immunization Records
Report of Health Examination (TK & K)
Current & two prior year's report card
Current Standardized Testing
Individual Learning Plans (if applicable)
